Have a clear objective
When I started writing online, my brain would go like this
“I need to write.”
After 10 years, my brain has started giving precise and exact orders it needs for function. Mentioning the words helps me feel less anxious about writing.
Mentioning time gives a deadline instead of an infinite timeline to finish a piece. Knowing exactly what you need to do helps you move forward.
